How To Make The Novena

  1. The Novena may be started on any Monday, but should be continued for nine consecutive Mondays. Attend one of the Services each Monday.

  2. Receive Holy Communion at least once during the course of the Novena.

  3. Sacramental Confession should be a part of your Novena.

  4. The Novena may be offered for as many intentions as desired.

  5. Join in the public prayers and in the singing of the hymns.

  6. Write out your intentions and place them in one of the intention boxes. These intentions will be placed on Saint Ann's Altar and are remembered in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, which is offered each Monday for all those making the Novena.

  7. When a favor has been granted through the intercession of the Saint, a note of thanksgiving should be written and mailed to us. Although the name of the writer is not published, no acknowledgment will be recognized unless they bear the name and address of the writer.

  8. You need not be Catholic to make the Novena.
