There are five convenient novena services every day. The first is at 8 a.m., then at 11:45 a.m., at 3:30 p.m., at 5:30 p.m. and finally at 7:30 at night. Priests are available for confession in the church before and after every novena service.
If you can't come out to Saint Ann's you can watch the novena on
television. Fox-38 (Wolf TV) broadcasts St. Ann's Novena every weekday
at 1:00 p.m., Saturday 7/18 at 6:30 a,, Saturday 7/26 at 6:30 am and
Sunday 7/26 at 8 am.
Catholic Television of the Diocese of Scranton will air a one hour
broadcast of the Mass and Novena, Monday through Sunday, at 12:00 noon,
at 3:00 p.m. and again in the evening at 7:00 p.m., Closing Liturgy
will be on Monday 7/27 at 12:00 pm, and 7 pm.
On the radio WEJL 630 AM, will broadcast the Novena
every day at 12:10 pm.
and WAAT 750 AM will broadcast the Novena
every day at 3:00 pm.
Sunday is the Solemn Feast of St. Ann. There are many services on
her feast day. The first is at 4:30 in the morning. You wouldn't believe
it but the church will be full for the 4:30 Mass and Novena. Besides our
regular novenas there are additional services at 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in
the morning. The last service is at 7:30 in the evening. There are also
services in Italian, Slovak, Polish and Lithuanian.
* The Slovak service will be at 12:30 in the afternoon.
* The Polish service will be at 1:15.
* The Italian service will be at 2:30.
* The Lithuanian service will be at 3:45.
Solemn Closing: Pontifical Mass celebrated by His Exellency
Most Reverend James Clifford Timlin, D.D. on Sunday night at 7:30 p.m.
Priests are still available for confession before and
after each service.
